Privacy and Cookies Policy
(GDPR)

§ 1. General Provisions and Legal Basis

This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing and protecting personal data of persons using the website https://oraculoo.com in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Act on the Protection of Personal Data.

§ 2. Scope and Purposes of Data Processing

The Administrator processes personal data for the following purposes:

1. Registration and maintenance of the Account: Name, date of birth (necessary for age verification and astrological analysis), e-mail address. (Basis: Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR – contract execution).
2. Realization of paid services and subscriptions: Billing data, NIP (in case of companies), transaction history. (Basis: Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. c GDPR – tax and accounting obligations).
3. Realization of chat services and rituals: Data provided voluntarily by the Client (e.g., descriptions of life situations). Note: The processing of sensitive data regarding health or private life takes place exclusively with the express, prior consent of the User (Art. 9 paragraph 2 lit. a GDPR).
4. Verification and settlements of Experts: Company identification data, bank account number, data for payouts. (Basis: Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. b and c GDPR).

§ 3. Rights of the Data Subject

Every User and Expert has the right to:

• Access the content of their data and receive a copy of it.
• Rectify (correct) their data.
• Erase data ('the right to be forgotten') – provided that tax obligations do not oppose it.
• Restrict data processing and the right to data portability.
• Object to processing based on the legally justified interest of the Administrator.
• Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) in Warsaw.

§ 4. Data Recipients

Personal data may be transferred to entities processing them on behalf of the Administrator: IT service providers, online payment operators, the accounting office, and Experts (only to the extent necessary to conduct the ordered fortune-telling/ritual).

§ 5. Data Retention Period

Data of registered Users are stored for the period of having an account in the Service. Financial and accounting data are stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline expired, in accordance with Polish law regulations.

§ 6. Cookies Policy

The Service uses cookies to ensure the proper operation of the website, remember sessions, and for analytical purposes. The User can change the cookie settings in their web browser at any time.
