§ 1. Right to Withdraw from the Contract (Consumers)
- According to the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, a Consumer who has concluded a distance contract has the right to withdraw from it without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
- EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: According to Art. 38 paragraph 1 point 1 and point 13 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to the consumer in respect of contracts:
- for the provision of services for which the consumer is obliged to pay the price, if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service with the express and prior consent of the consumer, who was informed before the performance started that after the performance by the entrepreneur they would lose the right to withdraw from the contract;
- for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, for which the consumer is obliged to pay the price, if the performance has begun with the consumer's express and prior consent before the expiry of the deadline to withdraw from the contract and after being informed by the entrepreneur about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.
Application in the oraculoo.com Service:
1. Chat with a Tarologist and individual Rituals: At the moment the conversation begins or the Mage confirms the commencement of the personalized ritual at the Client's request, the service is considered started/performed with the Client's consent. The right to withdraw expires.
2. Digital talismans and generated reports: Delivery of a personalized file / fortune-telling result directly to the user's account constitutes the delivery of digital content. By accepting the start of the service before the expiry of 14 days, the Client loses the right to a return.
3. Cyclic subscription: The Consumer may cancel the Subscription at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period. A refund for the unused part of the paid month is not available.

§ 2. Procedure for Reporting Returns and Financial Complaints
- If the service has not been performed (e.g., the Tarologist did not respond in the chat, the Ritual was not conducted within the designated period due to the Expert's fault), the Client is entitled to a full refund of the paid funds together with a system commission of 25%.
- In order to receive a refund, an e-mail should be sent to kontakt@oraculoo.com, providing:
- Transaction ID or e-mail address assigned to the Account,
- Name of the purchased service or subscription,
- Justification of the refund request (e.g., lack of service realization by the Expert).
- Applications are considered within 14 days. The refund of funds is made using the same method of payment used by the Client.
§ 3. Provisions Regarding Experts (B2B)
The provisions of this Return Policy regarding the 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason do not apply to Experts (Mages and Tarologists) conducting business activity. Commission settlements (10% for withdrawal and 25% per transaction) are final and are not subject to return after the correct execution of the technical operation by the system.
